Applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:
* Academic Achievement
* Community Service
* Extracurricular Activities
* Essay on the importance of honoring one's heritage
The recipient must be the child of a member of the Sons and Daughters of Lebanon, in good standing, and reside in Southeastern Virginia. Recipients will be chosen by members of the Board of Directors and can be nominated by any member of the Sons and Daughters of Lebanon. The scholarship will be in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), to be used for academic purposes only.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum GPA of 3.00
* Letter of recommendation from a teacher
* Community and School Activities
